FAQs

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and digital payment methods such as Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No. Many of our clients provide us with secure access to their home. If you prefer to be home during your appointment, that's perfectly fine too.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

    Yes! We bring our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment.Unless you prefer that we use yours

Booking and Cancellation Policy

To reserve larger appointments, a booking deposit may be required. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.
